The urbanization is next to Olivia Valere Club, 5 mins from Puerto Banus


Everyone is welcome to join the group and there is no charge.

If you are interested to join the group or inform someone you know about it, please read the following guidelines very carefully, being mindful of all of them.

No previous Zazen experience necessary.

If you want an Introduction to Zazen before coming to the practice,

Joining or leaving the Zazen group is possible at anytime. There is no
expectation of a weekly attendance. It is however essential that you
are able to stay until the end of each practice.

Wear comfortable and easy-to-sit-with clothes.

Please bring a cushion on which you can sit comfortably.

Please arrive between 7:45pm and 7:55pm -
not earlier nor later than these times.
We will start the practice at exactly 8:00pm.

The sessions are guided by Ma Prem Kali and the times may vary.
A typical session is around 1 hour. An initial 30 minutes block of Zazen
(sitting meditation) followed by 10 minutes of Kinhin (walking meditation),
followed by 5 to 10 minutes of reading and another block of Zazen of 10 minutes. Even if you are not used to sit for this length of time,
we encourage you to try with the group. You will be surprised
how fast the time goes when you sit with a group of other meditators.

We ask the group to leave latest 15 minutes after the end of the session.

Everyone is welcome to join and no advance warning is needed that you will be attending or not attending the session.
