I am a long time practitioner and teacher of meditation.

The greatest amount of my 14 years living in Asia was dedicated to my Meditation practice. When it comes to Meditation, my conclusion in all these years returns to the most simple form of Meditation, Zazen.

Meditation is a time for YOU, not for praying to some God, chanting an affirmation or sending energy to a friend (yes, all these are valid and exist along side your personal Meditation practice).

Meditation, in the Yossum view, is the most powerful tool to create the space necessary for personal development.

On our group retreats, participants gather for sitting practice (Meditation) twice daily under our clear, practical instructions and gentle guidance. As your awareness of yourself and the present moment develop over the course of the week, you awaken to the serenity of your heart.

We certainly promote the integration of a daily or regular Meditation practice in your life. Through a Retreat experience, but also here on this website, we provide the explanation and methods of how to work with Meditation to improve your connection to the Now, to the Self.
